Valentine’s Day can be made really special with gifts. There is a tradition of giving and receiving gifts and nowadays with very little time in anybody’s hand, homemade Valentine gifts are a rarity. Heart Pin
You will need the following:
2 - 3 Inch Wooden Heart, paint, pin backing, misc supplies
Instructions:
Buy the thin, wooden hearts at the local craft supply store. Buy the pin backings in the jewelry making section of the same local craft store. Paint the heart in any color you want. Set it aside to dry. Use the paint to make faces or write messages on your heart. You can use other supplies to decorate your heart too; but you can use glitter, lace, ribbon, wiggle eyes, or anything else you can think of. Try to be creative. The only thing you will need to keep in mind is that your heart must not be too heavy.

Daily Love
You will need construction paper, crayons, pens, markers and some nice thoughts.
Instructions:
Cut heart shapes out of the construction paper. On each heart, write a reason you love or like the person who you are giving it to.
Place the hearts on wall, mirror, etc. and your Valentine pulls one off everyday until 14th February.
