How can I order a product from the site?
You can order the gifts from Mydearvalentine.com with just three clicks. The products can be selected from the widest gift range.

Once you have identified your gift, select the Price in the currency of your choice i.e. US$ or Rs. and click on "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now"

- "Buy Now" adds the gift to your shopping cart and takes you to the shopping cart. You can change the quantity of gifts in the shopping cart. To add more products, click on "Continue Shopping"

Billing & Shipping Details

After finalizing your order in the shopping cart, click on "Pay & Finish" to proceed for checkout and making the payment.

In the subsequent screen, you can provide your address details and the recipient's details in the Billing & Shipping Forms.

"In case you are an existing customer of Mydearvalentine.com, you can login with your user name and password and obtain special discount on your current purchase. If you are a new customer, you will be entitled to this discount for your subsequent purchases from Mydearvalentine.com. The user name and password will be emailed to you on receiving your initial order."

After completing the Billing & Shipping address form, click on "Submit all Details" to proceed to the order confirmation page.

You can view & edit the complete order detail on this page like:

- your address details

- receiver's address details

- gifts selected, their quantity and total price

Click on "Proceed for Payment" button to complete your order by making the online payment.

Making the payment

On the payment page please complete the form with your card details and click on "Pay" button.

You will be directed to "Digital Receipt Details" where your transaction details will be provided.

What are my payment options?

We accept all Master and Visa credit cards. We use Pay Seal, ICCI online payment gateway, for secure online credit card payments. ICCI is India's second largest bank. In case, you are unable to make payment through credit card we request you to send a mail to us. We provide a personalized payment option in such cases.

How safe is the credit card transaction?

We appreciate the security concerns of our valued customers therefore we have made the online payment 100% foolproof. Pay Seal, ICCI online payment gateway processes credit card payments of our customers. And the credit card information is not divulged to any third party.

How much I need to pay for shipping?

We have included the cost of shipping in the prices listed on the site. Hence, we charge no additional charges for shipping from you.

Do I have to pay any custom duty?

We encourage you to contact customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. Mydearvalentine.com is not responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local government on orders delivered to countries.

Is there any policy of returns and refunds?

Normally, we try our best to send the correct shipment to the recipient however there are times when we also err.

In situations where an incorrect gift is shipped to the recipient we reship a fresh and correct gift to the concerned recipient. Obviously we do not expect him to reship back the gift that reached him earlier by mistake. So, he gets to keep both the shipments.

If a gift reaches to the recipient in a broken/unusable state then the recipient just needs to send in the digital picture of the consignment and we will ensure that a fresh gift is sent to him.

Are all the products listed on the site are available?

What we store is what we sell. We have a large warehouse in Delhi where all the products listed on the site are kept and all orders are shipped from here.

Is there any system to track my order?

We understand the anticipation of our customers in knowing that their order is in which stage of delivery. Our state of the art tracking software gives a complete status of the order, including the product and the shipment details. You simply need to insert the order number to get the complete overview of the order.

Please note that we maintain the delivery details of the orders shipped through courier for 6 months only.

How the gifts are shipped?

We ship the flowers through following mode:

· FNP Network

Gifts other than flowers are shipped through following modes:

· Blue Dart Courier for shipment within India

· Fed Ex Courier for shipment outside India

Gift is sent with an immaculate wrapping and a personalized greeting card to bring that special smile on the lips of your loved ones.

Please note that flowers and sweet gift items are shipped within India only.

How long does the gift take to reach its destination?

We realize that gifts are the embodiment of sentiments hence we ship them as soon as the payment formalities are cleared. Normally, we ship the gift orders within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed order.

All flower express delivery orders received up to 12 PM IST are delivered same day and thereafter the next day through FNP network. The gift orders other than flowers that are received before 5 PM IST are couriered the same day except on Sundays.

We use the Blue Dart courier service to ship the goods within India while Fed Ex courier service is used for shipment of international orders.

Those areas in India where the courier service is not available orders are sent through registered post/speed post. Postal orders are shipped on next working day.

The courier delivery can take 1-4 days while the postal delivery takes 2-5 days.

Do I receive confirmation receipt after fulfilling the payment formalities?

When the payment formalities are cleared we issue a confirmation receipt to you.

What if no one is available to receive the parcel at the destination? The courier makes two attempts for delivery on two days. The courier service leaves a message in case the person is not available. After two failed attempts, the courier company informs us about the non-delivery. The packet is kept at their local office. We get in touch with the customer, and get more details to redirect the packet or seek more contact information for the receiver.

However, in case of shipments by Indian Postal Service, we cannot provide any follow up service once the items have been shipped from our place.

Do you provide any membership?

Whenever anyone shops for the first time from our site we issue a membership id and password to him. The membership will allow him to enjoy special discounts and other benefits on his subsequent purchases.
