Linus (Humphrey Bogart) and David Larabee (William Holden) belong to a very wealthy family. Linus runs the family corporate empire and has no time for family. Davis never turns up for work and has been married and divorced three times.
David has been ignoring Sabrina for years. Sabrina goes away to Paris and returns as a sophisticated, elegant and attractive women. David falls for this Sabrina. Linus realizes this and fears that David's wedding with a rich woman may get jeopardized. Therefore, Linus in order to save the wedding tries to attract the attention of Sabrina. Sabrina discovers that she is falling in love with Linus.
