Valentines Day is celebrated worldwide on 14th February. Valentine Chocolates form an integral part of the Valentine gifts. On Valentines Day bring a smile on your Valentine's face by gifting her Rich Chocolate Slices. The Rich Chocolate Slices are one kind of Valentine Chocolates.

Given here is the recipe for Rich Chocolate Slices.
Ingredients:

2 egg whites
1/3rd cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
1/2 cup of applesauce
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of skimmed milk
1/2 cup of chocolate spread
1 cup of self raising flour
Cooking spray



Ingredients For Icing

1 cup of icing sugar
1½ tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of chocolate and hazelnut spread
1-1½ tablespoon of skimmed milk

Procedure:

Preheat the oven at 180 degree C.
Beat sugar and eggs for 1 minute with the help of an electric beater in a bowl.
Take the soda bi carbonate and applesauce together and stir and then add this mixture to the bowl.
Spread the sifted cocoa, vanilla essence, milk and chocolate into the bowl and mix well.
Fold sifted flour into a mixture at one chance.
Coat a slab tin with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the tin.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes.

To make the Icing:

Put icing sugar and cocoa into a small mixing bowl.
Place chocolate and milk into the bowl, and mix until a smooth icing gets formed.
Add only enough milk to make the icing spreadable.
Spread icing over top, while the slice is warm.
Allow it to cool.
After it gets cooled, cut it into slices.
