Chocolate Mint - Ice Cream

Valentines Day is celebrated all over he world on 14th February. Celebrate this day by spending time with your friends, family or relatives or spend the day with your Valentine in your own way unique way. The Valentine's Day Chocolates are an integral part of the Valentine's Day gifts and the Chocolate Dipped Strawberries are a one kind of Valentine's Day Chocolates.


Given below is the list of ingredients and the procedure to make Chocolate Mint - Ice.
Ingredients:
1 and 1/4 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 eggs
1 and1/4 th cups of cream
1/2-teaspoon of peppermint essence
A few drops of green or red food coloring (optional)
2 tablespoons of cocoa



Procedure:

Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Put the milk and sugar into the handle pan.
Heat gently to dissolve the sugar.
Now pour a few tablespoons of the hot milk in to the eggs, mix well. Stir gently and cook on low heat, until the mixture gets the appearance of thick custard.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Whip the cream gently with a fork, till it gets fluffy.
After the mixture cools down, fold the cream in, by pouring the cream over the milk egg mixture.
Blend well.
Pour half the mixture in a flat tray.
Add peppermint essence, and mix well. Use color (optional).
Add cocoa to the remaining mixture and mix well.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the peppermint one.
Draw a knife creatively over the mixture to make pretty swirls.
Chill Well
