Chocolate Cut Outs

Valentines Day is observed all over the world on 14th February. On Valentines Day surprise your Valentine by preparing special meals for him/her or by making different kinds of drinks or by making different kinds of chocolates. The Valentine's Day Chocolates are available in the shops in their various shapes and sizes. The Chocolate Cut Outs are a one kind of Valentine's Day Chocolates and can be made at home with ease 1-cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Procedure:

Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
Stir the chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute at high temperature.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the cookie sheet that has been covered with wax paper with the help of a spatula.
Chill for about 5 minutes
Use a sharp knife or a cookie cutter to score chocolates into desired shapes.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or until it gets firm.
Carefully peel away the wax paper from the chocolate and gently separate the shapes at the score marks.
Place on tray, cover, and allow it to cool in the refrigerator, until they get ready for serving.
