Cavier Heart Kisses

Some of the Valentine's Day appetizers have romantic names. The day is famous for celebrating love but Cavier heart kisses seems just right as the food for love! Cavier heart kisses are scrumptious and eternally popular.

Cavier add to the glamour quotient of the spread and many couples opt for cavier because it again, has a reputation of being an aphrodisiac. My Dear Valentine is presenting cavier heart kisses recipe for you to enjoy!

Ingredients:

Cucumber, scrubbed and-trimmed (1 sm)
Sour Cream (1/3 cup)
Dried dill weed (1 ts)
Freshly ground black pepper-to taste
red salmon caviar (1 jar)
Fresh dill sprigs
Thin slices whole-wheat-bread (8)
Butter or margarine





Method:

Slice the cucumber into ¼ inch rounds. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, dried dill and pepper. Now place one teaspoon of the sour cream mixture on each cucumber slice. Then garnish each with about 1/2 teaspoon caviar and a dill sprig. Cut bread slices with heart-shaped cookie cutter. Toast and butter Place cucumber slices in center of serving plate and surround with toast hearts.
