Blackberry Wine Cake

Ingredients
1 white cake mix
1-3 oz. blackberry jello
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. blackberry wine
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Ingredient for Glaze:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. blackberry wine

Directions



Combine cake mix and jello and powdered sugar. Add eggs, oil and wine and beat them simultaneously for 2 minutes at a medium speed until they blend. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts in the bottom of the pan and pour in the mixture. Bake the cake at 325° for 50 minutes or until it's settled firmly. Remove the cake from the pan and poke holes on top of the cake. Combine sugar, margarine and 1/2 cup and wine in a small saucepan for the glaze. Bring the mixture to a full boil and finally remove three tablespoons of glaze and set aside. Pour the remainder of the glaze concentrate over cake. Let it cool 30 minutes. Finally add powdered sugar to the remaining glaze to thicken the concentrate nicely. Pour it over the cake.
