  1. 8 Bread slices
  2. 2 Capscicum (chopped)
  3. 2 Carrots (Chopped)
  4. 2 Green Chilli (chopped)
  5. 2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
  6. 2 tablespoon Chilli sauce
  7. 1 Onion (chopped)
  8. 1 Tomato (chopped)
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper-
Heat oil in a pan and add the veggies to it; sprinkle some salt and green chilies and cook until the vegetables are fried. Add tomato to it and cook for another 5 minutes. Mix the bread slices and stir well, add tomato sauce and chili sauce to it. Serve the dish hot.

Heat the ghee onto a pan, add cumin and dry powders to it, and fry for 10 seconds. Add mashed potatoes and green peas to it and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt according to taste. Keep the mixture aside. This is for the stuffing.

Mix flour, hot ghee or oil and water to mold the dough. Add some salt to it for taste. Keep it aside for 10 minutes and then divide the dough into portions. Take each portion and coat it with some flour so that it does not stick to your hands. Roll the dough into a round shape and add the stuffing into it. Ingredients:
  1. Chicken 1 lb ½ teaspoon Chili powder
  2. ¼ teaspoon Turmeric Onion
  3. ½-cup Tomato puree

  5. ¼ cup Milk
  6. 2 tbs Butter
  7. 10 Cashew
  8. 1 tbs Garam masala
  9. 2 tbs coriander (Chopped)
  10. Salt as per taste
Soak cashew in milk for 30 minutes and grind cashew adding milk to form a fine paste. Cut the chicken to bite sized pieces and heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan. Add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry till onion is golden brown. Add chicken, fry for a while, and add chili powder, tomato puree, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add the cashew paste to the milk and cook until the gravy thickens and the chicken is done. Top it with butter and turn off the heat. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Nan or roti.

Ingredients:
  1. 1 Capsicum (chopped)
  2. Tomato (Chopped)
  3. 15 Baby Corn (Chopped)
  4. 1 teaspoon Mango Pickle
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Green Chili (chopped)
  7. pinch Turmeric Powder
Heat some oil and fry the baby corn in it until brown. After done, keep it aside in a bowl and add tomato, capsicum, turmeric powder, green chili and salt to it. Heat it, add the fried corn and mango pickle, and heat it for a while. Cover the pan for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and serve it with roti.

Ingredients:
  1. Flour: 4 cup
  2. Milk: ½ Liter

  7. Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Add sugar and yeast to the milk, heat it and leave for 20 minutes. Put yogurt and butter in the yeast mixture and knead well. Put it aside for 3-4 in a warm place. Divide the dough into rounded shaped balls and roll out the balls in the shape of teardrop after 10 minutes.

Mix 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and ghee, spread a little of the above mixture on each Nan and bake them in 375 degrees until brown sparks appear. The Nan is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
  1. Wheat flour: 500g
  2. Mutton kheema: 200g
  3. Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
  4. Garam masala: 2g
  5. Onions: 50g (chopped)
  6. Chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  7. A pinch of turmeric
  8. Oil
  9. Egg: 1
  10. Coriander: 1 bunch
  11. Ginger-garlic paste: 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Salt to taste
Boil the kheema until soft in salted water. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until brown, add turmeric, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, and boiled kheema to it. Fry for 5 minutes and add coriander leaves to it. Turn off the heat and keep it aside.

Mix wheat flour with salt and water and knead to dough. Make small balls from the dough after 10 minutes and roll into triangle shaped chapattis. Pour the kheema curry in the middle and spread till end. Repeat the process with every chapatti and fry them until both sides turn golden brown.

  8. 3 cups basmati rice
  9. 1 cup Plain yoghurt

  12. 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  13. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  14. 1 inch piece Ginger (grated)
  15. 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  16. 2 potatoes (cut into cubes)
  17. 1 cup Fresh green peas-
  18. 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  19. 2 Green chilies (chopped)
  20. 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  21. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  22. 15 mint leaves (chopped)
  23. coriander leaves
  24. Oil
  25. Salt
Grind the green chilies, onion, garam masala, nutmeg, grated coconut, cumin seeds and ginger together in a 3/4th cup of water. Marinate the meat in a bowl draping it with yoghurt, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Heat oil in a large pan and add clove, cinnamon, bay leaves and cardamoms for a few minute. Add the grinded mixture and fry for 10 minutes until the oil separates.

Add the marinated onto it and stir constantly, mix well and cover for 30 minutes. Add the potatoes and mix properly. Keep it down from the heat and boil the rice with 4 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of water until half cooked. Add the peas to it and keep it aside. Pour the meat into another bowl and add coriander leaves and mint to it, spread the rice over it and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. After 15 minutes lower the heat to 300 degrees and keep it for another 15 minutes. Hyderabadi pulao is ready to serve.

  2. 4 cup Milk
  3. 3'4th cup of Sugar

  7. 6-8 drops Rose water
  8. 1/2 cup Water
Boil the rice in ½ cup of water until it dries off and add the milk to it. Simmer the mixture for 0ne and a half hour, stirring constantly. Add sugar when it becomes creamy and stir well. Remove from the heat, add rose water, shredded almonds and cardamom seeds to it and serve cold.
