Alpine Coffee
Ingredients:
2 pots of fresh brewed coffee
1/4 ounce of mint flavored coffee syrup (per serving)
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/4 ounce chocolate syrup (per serving)
Preparation:
Firstly prepare a pot of fresh brewed coffee and let it cool. Then pour the coffee into ice trays and put it into the freezer. Brew the second pot of coffee and pour it into a large coffee mug. Add mint and chocolate syrup into the coffee mug and stir well. Then add cream to the mug and stir again.
Add sugar to the coffee/mint/syrup mixture. Then add frozen coffee cubes to the mug and stir once more. Garnish the drink with mint leaves before serving.
