Birthday Poems

Birthday is a special occasion for everyone, as it comes once a year. For this reason, birthday poems should make the birthday girl/boy special. It should make him/her feel that the day is only meant for him/her. A birthday poem actually means a lot for both the recipient and the sender, as it showcase the love, appreciation and bonding between them. It also shows how much you love the person concerned. In a nutshell, birthday messages in a poem formal truly signify your affection for the person.



But the birthday message should be different from each other, according to your relationship with the person. For example, the birthday poem which you will send to your parents should differ from the one, meant for your fiance. The birthday poem for your spouse should be enriched with the romance quotient while the poem for your kids should be a funny birthday poem. Children love funny birthday poem that also rhymes. But the funny poem should also contain some emotional thoughts underneath so that when they would grow older, they can read between the lines, apart from being broken into laughter.

Lord Jesus, Thou hast known
A mother's love and tender care:
