Making of Friendship Ring
Material Required
You will need scissors, craft foam, faux fur fabric, white glue, small hole punch, pipe cleaner, faux jewels, buttons, craft foam shapes and marker.
Method of Preparation
- Using craft foam or card stock create a heart shape. Incase, you are also using fabric then paste this fabric to foam.
- Let the glue dry and cut the heart shape.
- In the center of heart, create 2 holes with small hole punch.
- Now, cut a pipe cleaner of approximately 4 inches. Bend this pipe cleaner (up to half). Insert both the ends into the holes. Insert from front to back.
- To measure the size of ring, place this ring on the finger of your child. Keep twisting ends of pipe cleaner until the ring fits.
- Remove the excess pipe cleaner.
- To decorate, paste faux jewels, buttons and craft foam shapes. Let the glue dry. You can also write a few lines with the marker on ring.
