This is simply because he is trying to grab your attention. Is he wearing different shirts everyday? Generally, men do not do this. If he tries to look good for you everyday, he is surely flirting with you.

If reading a man’s mind is easy, understanding a woman is very difficult. But there are some subtle hints of flirting, which you may notice in a girl easily. Is she leaning towards you while talking? Does she walk with you holding with arms? Does she touch your hands every time and says “Sorry”? Does she always try to look good in front of you? Does she re-arrange her hairdo or cloths frequently, when you are around? Does she tease you? These are some hints, which a girl can give you in order to show her interest on you.
Flirting hints are very subtle. They convey the message that someone is paying attention to you and also wants to grab your attention. A simple eye contact is enough to know whether a person is flirting with you or not. But do not take these flirting hints too seriously. Flirting is for sheer fun. If you are truly interested in someone, throw some hints to him/her. He/she will get the hints if he/she is also interested.
