Sir James Paul McCartney is a far-famed English musician, singer apart from being a songwriter. He is the person behind the creation of Wings, (a rock band) which was formed in 1971.

She also completed a book, Confessions of an Heiress: A Tongue-in-Chic Peek Behind the Pose, in 2006 and this has been co-written by Merle Ginsberg.


The first single that was released by the Wings, called ‘Mull of Kintyre’ received great accolades from people and it is the highest selling record till date in the history of British music. Queen Elizabeth II presented him the MBE (the most Excellent Order of the British Empire), on 16th October 1965. In March 1997, he was Knighted (Knight Bachelor) for his contribution towards the music industry or music world. His name is included in the Guinness Book of World Records as one of the greatest musicians of all times related to popular music. Paul McCartney wrote story for the film, ‘My Regards to Broad Street’ (1984) and found a role for himself in the movie as an actor.

Paul McCartney was deeply involved with Jane Asher (British actress), whom he met in the year, 1963 but after spending five years together, this relationship ended in the year, 1968. Then Paul McCartney married Linda Eastman, an American photographer, whom he had met a year before his split with Jane. Linda Eastman and McCartney got married in 1969. Linda died of breast cancer in the year 1998. Paul McCartney has three children from this marriage, two girls and a boy.

Heather Mills started her career as a model. She is also known as the campaigner of various causes and has raised her voice on issues related to animal rights, retrenchment of land mines and several other issues.

Mills got married to Alfie Karmal, on 6th May 1989 but their marriage did not last more than three years.

Paul McCartney and Heather Mills were seen together at various events. They got married, on 11th July 2002 at the Castle Leslie, located at County Monaghan, Ireland.
