Bill Clinton can be termed as one of the finest Presidents of United States of America. He was in office from 1993 to 2001. President Clinton was born as William Jefferson Blythe III, but after his mother remarried, he formally took his step father’s name when he was fourteen years old. Brilliant in his studies and with a talent in playing the saxophone, young Bill thought of dedicating his life to music.
But destiny had other ideas for this young lad from Arkansas. Clinton took a degree in Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington DC. It was in Washington DC, that he started working for Senator J. William Fulbright.
