Beyonce and Jay - Z

When we are talking about famous celebrity romances then it is difficult to ignore the romance of Beyonce and Jay -Z.

Beyonce Giselle Knowles widely known as Beyonce Knowles or Beyonce is a famed American R & B singer apart from being a dancer, fashion designer and actress. Beyonce's musical journey started from that time, when she was made the solo singer of her church choir and at that time Beyonce was only seven years old. It was her dance teacher who took the initiative to enroll Beyonce's name in the several singing as well as dancing competitions and she lived up to her teacher's expectations by winning most of these competitions.

She made her presence felt in the music world when she became the lead vocalist of the band, known as Destiny's Child (female group) and Destiny's Child made a name for itself, in the year, 1998 with the release of the song, No No No Part 2 and Beyonce's first album, called Dangerously in Love got released in the year, 2003. She is the receiver of nine Grammy Awards. Out of these nine awards, she has won three awards as a member of the Destiny's Child and six awards as a solo performer.

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Corey Carter, is a renowned American musician who is specially known all over the world for his rap music. He is admired for his talent of composing lyrics from memory. He played a major role in the formation of the Roc - A- Fella Records ( a record label) and this record label helped several artists to build their careers, such as Freeway, Kanye West and many others. The first album of Jay -Z is called Reasonable Doubt and this album was released in the year, 1996 and this album received moderate attention. After striking a new deal with the Def Jam (hip hop American record label), Jay-Z released his second album, called In My Lifetime Vol.1 and this album did fairly well. Several other albums were released by this singer in due course of time.



Beyonce and Jay-Z had a liking for each other and this is evident fom the fact that Jay -Z directed a video for the song, 'I Got That' and it was none other than Beyonce, who featured on this song. The members of Destiny's Child also featured on the video, 'H To The Izzo' and this video was also directed by Jay - Z. Jay - Z also featured on the two of the most popular songs of Beyonce Knowles and these songs are, 'Déjà vu' and 'Crazy In Love'.
