Barbra Streisand and James Brolin have been married almost a decade now. Barbra Streisand, the pop diva has a number of best selling albums and singles to her credit. Some of her most notable records are, The Way We Were and No More Tears. In mainstream contemporary music Streisand will always occupy a special place. A trendsetter in many ways, Barbra Streisand has over 60 albums to her credit.

James Brolin is as much known for his looks as for his skills in acting. However, he is not only an actor, he is much more than that. Brolin is also a
producer and director. Four decades in entertainment industry has made Brolin portray some unforgettable roles.
One of his most memorable roles was that of Dr. Steven Kiley. This was his character in the medical drama Marcus Welby, M.D. that was on air from 1969-1976. The characters of Peter Mc Dermott and Robert Ritchie saw the actor delivering fine performances. Brolin was supposed to portray the character of President Ronald Reagan in the film, The Reagans.
But unfortunately, the proposed project ran into a lot of controversy like differences of opinions, bad scripts and high rising costs. The comedy picture, A Guy Thing, The Alibi and The American Standards had Brolin portraying strong characters.
Barbra Streisand and James Brolin met through common friends in 1996.
