Arthur Miller is termed by some as one of the greatest American playwrights of all times. American literature and cinema became richer with stupendous contribution of Arthur Miller. The Crucible, All My Sons and Death Of A Salesman are some of his finest plays. His talents in writing were manifested early, when he wrote his first book, No Villain. He was still in University then. His association with 20th Century Fox began with his writing scripts for them. In 1940, Arthur Miller married his college sweetheart, Mary Slattery. Arthur Miller's play, All My Sons, was directed By Elia Kazan and the show ran for three hundred and twenty eight performances. Miller's efforts were rewarded by New York Drama Critics Award and two Tony Awards.
