Body Language

Man is a social animal! It is impossible for social beings to live in isolation. Conversation is imperative for exchange of views. Communication can be conscious as well as unconscious. Conscious communication is verbal or written whereas unconscious communication is called body language. To express each and every feeling or emotion, words are not necessary. On such situations, body language does the work. For instance, if you like a person and you are not uttering a single word about that, your body language will be speaking accordingly. At the same time, if you hate someone, your body language will act in a different manner even if you do not speak anything.

For exchanging views, you need words. Through words, you express your joy, sorrow, love, opinion, knowledge etc. Language is an indispensable source of sharing thoughts, feelings, emotions, opinions etc.This is a conscious form of exchanging views. Body language is that in which your body speaks and you don’t utter a single word from your mouth.


Words can be framed as per convenience but it is believed that body language never lies. This happens because body language is a process that is a product of our unconscious mind.

If at the back of our mind, you hate a person, then that will be clearly revealed in your body language. You can frame wrong sugary words to make him believe that you love him but our body language will say the truth. Reading body language is not an easy task. It needs proper grasp of the body movements of the person you are communicating with. Although body language happens unknowingly, you must be aware of it. You can easily improve the quality of your communication with the help of an appropriate body language. So you need to be careful about your body language.
