Especially during the early days of a relationship, dates help you in knowing your partner better. If you are going out on your first date here are some tips on how to prepare for a date.
It is important to know how to prepare for your date since a good preparation means half work done. So, check out what really matters on your date to look forward to a long term relationship.
Fix time and date: Choose the date and time carefully for your date. We know that it is not unusual to have butterflies in stomach during the first date and hence it is even more important to make arrangements beforehand. Find out the availability of your partner and choose the date accordingly.
Dress properly: Remember that showing up on the right attire will put some extra credit on your account. Hence, take time in choosing your outfit. Groom yourself and wear fresh and clean clothes for your date.
Clean your car: Are you going to pick her up from her place? Then wash and clean your car. Vacuum it and put on some deodorizer to take out the smell of cigarettes.
Book your tables: If you have decided to take her out on a dinner book your table ahead of time to avoid last moment inconveniences. If she is coming to your place clean and vacuum it and put things in the right place, order for food to be delivered at your doorstep without fail.
Arrange for things: If you have plans to go for a movie or a game arrange for tickets before hand to avoid last moment disappointments. Make a list of the things that you may need during your date.
Be courteous: You may be a cool dude but women adore men who are courteous to them. So remember to hold the door and pull the chair for her. Drop her at her place after the date is over and don’t forget to wish goodnight.
Be on time: Show up on time for the date, don’t keep her waiting. Be the first to arrive and rather wait for your date this will make her feel special about you. Also carry a small gift for your date to present her on meeting.
