Ganache Ingredients:
- Double cream: 284ml
- Cocoa solids
- Dark chocolate: 200g
- Golden caster sugar: 2 tablespoon

- Buttermilk: 75ml
- Self-raising flour: 85g

- Instant coffee: 1-tablespoon
- Light muscovado sugar: 200g
- Bicarbonate of soda: 0.25-tablespoon
- Golden caster sugar: 200g
- Eggs: 3
Preparation:
Butter the cake tin and heat the oven to 163 degrees. Break the chocolates into pieces, mix the coffee with butter, and stir it well in 125ml water. Heat this mixture for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add sugar, soda, egg, flour and cocoa into the bowl when the chocolate starts melting. Bake this mixture for 90 minutes. Ingredients:
- Bitter chocolate: 200g
- Broken walnuts
- Eggs: 2
- Instant coffee: 4 tablespoon

- Vanilla caster sugar: 225g
- Plain flour: 150g

- Unsalted soft Butter: 125g

Preparation:
